Career

The most successful professional bodybuilder in history — male or female. She holds 20 pro titles, including 10 overall Ms. Olympia wins (2004, 2006–2014) and 7 overall Ms. International wins — the most Mr./Ms. Olympia victories of anyone.

An All-American in basketball, she attended Alcorn State University on a basketball scholarship, majoring in business administration.

She began training in California, won her first contest in 1994, turned IFBB pro in 1998, and stepped back from competition after her 10th Olympia title in 2014.

She now runs Powerhouse Gym Las Vegas together with Hidetada Yamagishi, coaching the next generation of athletes.
